Every 6 hours, OpenAI writes a short video idea and Sisif renders the clip. The file on this page is that scheduled workflow. The Instagram Reels template is a separate workflow published on n8n.io.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Schedule

    A schedule trigger runs every 6 hours.

  2. 02

    Write the idea

    OpenAI writes one short video idea.

  3. 03

    Render

    Sisif renders that idea as one clip of 5 seconds at 540x960.

  4. 04

    Check status

    The workflow checks the clip until it is ready, failed, or refunded, or until that workflow's attempt limit.

  5. 05

    Hand off

    The last node keeps the prompt and the finished file.

Setup

Import the JSON into n8n, then connect the credentials below.

    Create a Sisif API key

    Create a Sisif API key at https://sisif.ai/users/api-keys/ and save it in n8n as a Bearer Auth credential. Select it on Create Sisif Video and Check Video Status.

  2. 02

    Add an OpenAI credential

    Add an OpenAI credential on the OpenAI Chat Model node.

  3. 03

    Import the workflow

    Download the JSON and import it into your n8n instance.

    Activate

    Activate the workflow. The schedule trigger runs every 6 hours.
